RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at B-Kamaya Jewels Ltd

 

Please note we offer a no refund policy, however, we will offer an exchange to the same value if the item has a manufacturing fault.

 

Exchange

If you appear to have a manufacturing fault with your item please contact bkamayajewels@gmail.com

Once the exchange has been confirmed, you have 14 calendar days to exchange the  item from the date of correspondence. 

To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – a photo would be required.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Process of exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the goods.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

If your exchange is approved, we will offer a replacement, however if a replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund. 

You will receive the exchange/ refund within 7-10 days.

 

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
